Fully Funded for Travel to El Salvador — The Journey Continues

mola-sun“Bright Shining as the Sun” God, My Heavenly Father, comes through in ALL His magnificent glory. I never doubted for a moment that He was totally in this journey or that He would totally provide all that is needed. One month ago today I posted “button” necklaces on Facebook. Since then I’ve added home baked bread (well over 100 loaves of it), more button necklaces & cup cozies in my Etsy Shop, a YouCaring.com site, a Just Love Coffee Roasters shop, and prayed a lot! And I’m always blown away by The Father’s hand in it all. As of this morning — just one month later — I am fully funded for the travel portion of this trip. I’m so grateful, so humbled and so amazed. We serve an awesome God! ALL GLORY BE TO HIM!!!!! And Thank You to so many who have and continue to bless this mission.

What does this mean for the next two and a half months until I leave? If you’re concerned the bread will go away — or any of the rest of it — you’ve no need to fear. All dollars raised from here on out will go to the ministry centers that do so many wonderful things for the children entrusted to them. So, the kids will benefit 100% from all the rest!!!! I’m looking forward to God doing even more amazing things through these next weeks. I’m going to make a few less loaves than I have been (let me know which ones you want, and your name is on the list as I have them available), and I’ll spend time preparing things for my own sponsored children and their families, and discovering other specific ways all of us will be able to be an even bigger blessing in the lives of God’s “least of these” little children.

I’m reminded again (as I am so often) of one of my favorite Scriptures:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path. Proverbs 3:5,6
